Solaris is the main variety planted on our 5 acre vineyard in Shropshire. Our sandy site lies over the local Cardeston rock, which gives us our unique terroir and helps emphasise our fruit driven style.

This lively cool climate white has a grapefruit nose, the tension of gooseberry and signature zippy green apple acidity. Let this Solaris wine transport you into a tropical haven!

This wine was recently awarded two Bronze medals at the Independent English Wine Awards (IEWA) and The Wine GB Awards. As well as being awarded the Members Choice Trophy at the Midlands & North Wine GB Awards!

How should I store my wine?

Sparkling wine needs to be kept lying on its side, so that the wine is in contact with the cork. It’s best stored in a room with a consistent temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Do I pay for delivery and how long does it take?
