Sparkling wine needs to be kept lying on its side, so that the wine is in contact with the cork. It’s best stored in a room with a consistent temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Our family have been custodians of the Park Land surrounding Rowton Castle for 3 generations since our grandfather first came here in 1963! The farm is already well diversified.
